In 2006 I found a club for extreme sports and tourism eXtreme Bulgaria .
I was still an active fighter pilot in the Air Force of Bulgaria .
In 2009 I retired and then I registered a company " eXtreme Bulgaria-XBul " LTD, where I am the owner, manager and performer in company activities.
Our adventures are varied visited caves , climb rocks and woods , ride horses and bikes, bungee jumping , sailing kayaks , fly paragliders and so much more.
You can understand now from how many angles we look to the world around!
In this presentation, I will share my own experience in starting , developing and managing my company will make you empathize with the dreams of a child with a warrior 's ideas and their realization to a successful business.
Why my business is successful? Because it is different , this is an extreme business.
When a business is successful?
It is clear , "When is winning ! "
Undoubtedly so, but to me there is something more .
My business is profitable also because bestows happiness.
Because awakening.
Because catalyze positive change in people .
Because it lends itself more and more new customers through the effect of the avalanche !
And last but not least, because it give us many new friends.
In my business often become friends with my clients !
My business is to sell happiness!
My business is to change people !
And even if it does not want to change after an adventure with me , nobody is the same !
For many people, I look like an example of someone turned their hobbies into a profession .
This is rare. It is difficult to achieve. But not impossible !
Can we really sell happiness? We can, if it is in the form of dreams come true!
And not only dreams , but will, on the inner thirst for something new and different.
What are the qualities you need to possess to be able to start such a business and successfully develop and manage it ?
The first and foremost rule is POSITIVE thinking ! In everything !
If you decide to do something , do it with all your heart and soul.
Wake up with the ideas , work and think hard to sleep with them !
Then surely your business will work out .
I will add only a few basic things that I think each individual should develop .
These are for example :

-self- awareness and discipline , and of course many others.
I say this from my own experience .
We are talking about business.
Fifteen years as a fighter pilot , but I do not stop to dream , to think , to create. Remember the ideas and desires for their own development and work on them . Studying foreign languages, riding horses , flying paragliders , parachuting , climbing ...
And behold, one day fate ensured that I met the right people and we formed the club. The idea to bring together most extreme sports became reality!
Years of experience in different situations, in different areas , started to bear fruit .
Managerial skills of the army also helps .
I have no particular business entity , but I had ideas , I had a great experience in many different areas and most important dreams to follow.
My ideas for X-Week, X-Weekend and X-Day worked .
Backlog , I created a site and texts to it , thinking routes , entertainment , places to sleep, food, transportation ...
Management of a business depends on many factors. The human factor is very important, but when you depend on the weather, by the time things are hard to predict ! Happily years in aviation are a great help to me in many ways - for example meteorology . When you have a good prognosis in rich microclimates Bulgaria , you can do better organization of the events.
And so came the day when I retired !
I did it in my desire, and with great joy that I start a new free life.
This is the time to mention a few words about financing !
Often people come to me who say I want to do this ... but I have no money!

My business is small , it can be called a family business because extreme sports are just one side of the coin , the other is rural tourism, historical and cultural tourism , nutrition and spa treatments at the nearby mineral springs , travel and more.
